You guys do anything for marine fiberglass? Boat wash and polish
I'm looking at getting a freebie fiberglass boat and I'm gonna need some TLC on this bad boy. Paint looks good overall, just needs a good cleaning and polishing.

Don't buy into the hype of 'boat specific' products. The only difference really between gel coated fiberglass and clear coated paint is the level of aggressiveness needed to remove imperfections. Gelcoat is just much tougher than automotive clear so you'll use slightly more aggressive techniques when polishing.
When it comes to protection you'll want to stick to synthetic products (sealants) for your boat... just b/c the exposure to the elements is higher.
What kind of shape is the boat in? Any pictures?
