You could look for the factory/replacement vinyl floor designed for your truck. Some service vehicles and work trucks got the vinyl floor instead of carpet, and there may be some at the salvage yards. LMC, and the like, may also have new replacements - for more money.
These floors will still have the jute padding/insulation to keep the noise and heat down, plus it's easy enough to keep clean.
The vinyl floor in my Suburban was one of the features I was sure I wanted when I was looking at trucks. I love it, and it still looks great.
