    Default oem dvd player installation help!

    I have a 01 tahoe w/ sunroof & picked up a nice panasonic overhead dvd player unit from a 05 tahoe. I can deal with the mounting mechanicals & have the player wires figured out, but need to know what they interface to!

    I think you will need to plug them into the back of your radio.

    If it gets its video signal from the OEM Head Unit then wires should go to the head unit. If it has its own dvd player to place a DVD in then just run the postive-negative leads to a switched source. You could run it off the radio, shouldn't draw too much more to blow the fuse.
