Default No instrument panel lights or tail lights? 97 Suburban, Help!

I just noticed that my instrument panel lights and tail lights are out. All the fuses seem to be OK for the instrument panel and the lights. The radio works and heater controls work and guages work, but no lighting.

Could this be my light switch?

There is a pretty good chance, they arent super common but they do go out.
