I have a 1995 K2500 with a 7.4, the exhaust flange studs have rotted to almost nothing along with the flange. I manged to get the manifolds of and with enough heat and PB Blaster I got the studs out. Now i need to find a replacement flange but i can not find the correct size the 3 holes wont mach up. Does anyone know where i can find the correct flange?

Looking at the GM parts listings, the flanges are part of the Y-pipe assy(not available anymore). So you are not likely to find them thru a GM parts listing.
You may be able to find them thru a local custom muffler shop.

You could probably find the Y-pipe at a salvage yard or auto wrecker. Or try ebay.
