    Default Carry and Conceal discussion

How many of you folks carry and conceal with a Permit or otherwise? I have a permit and carry the new Beretta Nano 9mm. Used to carry a S&W Sigma .40 but found it too big to conceal. The Nano hides nicely

I have experimented with many different weapons. The 3 inch 1911's are the best option I have found for accuracy, power, and ability to be concealed.

Well, I did a ton of research on many of the weapons people mentioned here and based on my needs/preferences, I ended up purchasing the Springfield EMP 3" 1911. Lots of great reviews and comes highly recommended. I think it will work our perfectly for me. Thanks for mentioning it!

Thanks Alex...I'm hoping it arrives by the weekend. I had to order it and have it shipped here to a local gun dealer. I will definitely posts a pic as soon as I pick it up.

    Alex,

Check out the Ruger SC40C or the taurus 709 Slim 9mm. They also have a slim .40 called the 740 slim. My wife carries a SC40c and she loves it and my mom carries the Slim9. Both of them have small hands and the guns fit them like a glove. I like the SC40c so much, I bought one to replace the 27. With the extended mag, it even fit good in my big hands.

Home defense, no question 12 gauge with buckshot.

Sc40C growing in popularity and sales to match. Test fired and found to be a very good grouping.
I need a bit larger grip but most will find this weapon to their liking after 50 rounds or so.
