Default Electrial problems with hids and leds

Ok to start off I'm about ready to push my truck off a cliff ... I fried another computer with my hids from hid country the first time I had the computer replaced and new hids from hid country installed and a month later my computer fried again ... I need help with what the heck would keep doing that?
Second problem I have led tail lights with resistors and every time I hit a bump the flash on and off ... Why is that?

this one is easy,,, first you need to run relays with your hid's, that will lighten the draw on the stock system, then you need to find your loose/bad ground, you will find an easy to follow relay wire diagram on the net, and the hunt for your bad ground will be just that a hunt....good luck..
