Cleaning the new cloth seats
Ive got a 2011 GMC 1500 with the cloth seats. I find it close to impossible to keep the seats clean. Ive always been a fanatic about keeping my trucks spotless. The new seats are very difficult to vacuum. I have to go over all the seats with a sticky lint roller to get the lint and dust out of them after I clean them. Also I have a few stains on the seat bottom that wont come completely out. Ive tried soap and water, Blue Coral interior cleaner and even dry cleaning solvent. Nothing seems to work. This isnt anything more than a soft drink that spilled onto my lap when the top came off the cup. Any suggestions from you guys on what to use ?
The seats in my 03 Tahoe have been through a lot more with raising 2 kids and they still look mint.

There is a product called Pink Stuff that is an all-purpose cleaner. I believe it can be purchased at VIP or other auto-parts stores. It works best for cleaning tough stains. just use it sparingly with a little water; scrub and then vacuum up. I use a little more water after and then vacuum again just to make sure I didn't leave any residue on the seats. As far as the lint goes, I know what you mean but it doesn't bother me too much as long as the rest of the interior is clean. I can only keep up with so much.
