Default Cooling system hoses replacement interval

What mileage do you guys usually replace the coolant hoses before they burst or leak? I have 151k miles.
    Thanks.

If they don't feel too soft, too hard, look cracked, or have bulges, I don't change them. I have had hoses on my 1990 GMC minivan go over 300,000 miles with no issue. I just make sure I inspect them when I change my oil. Not just visually, but feel them, check for the above mentioned things.

That is good to know. I am worried about the hidden hoses like the bypass and the heater core hoses. The radiator hoses you can see and feel them. I'll probably wait until it gets to 175k miles.

Where can I get a parts diagram for the coolant hoses?

I will check my service manual, If it has one I will try to take a picture of it for you and post it. I guess that I should have not thrown my scanner out.
