removing front seat belt reel cover
the passenger seat belt reel in my 96 suburban is stuck in the retracted position.
how do you remove the plastic cover hiding it?
any advice helpful. thanks, higado

I think you have to remove the whole assembly. The cover has plastic rivets (of which I usually break one) and a hinge. Both sides meet at the floor bolt, so you have to take it out to open it. I think it a torx 45, but I can check that tomorrow.
It's a T47.
