I need to replace the headlight assembly (passenger side) on my 2004 Z71 Colorado. I have found a couple on EBay for roughly $85. Sounds pretty good considering the dealership wants $179 just for the part. Does anyone know of any website that explains how to actually remove the old assmebly and then replace it?? I am not a motor head and don't want to get into something over my head. thanks.

You will first need to remove the grille shell. Then, to remove the light housing, there are 2 10mm bolts at the top. Tilt the top of the light towards you and lift. The bottom of the light has tabs that hook onto the radiator support.
Here's a vid I found on the grille removal
