well guys, i have an update. since my truck last stalled, it has not done it again, but friday it did give me a problem for about 30 minutes not starting. just turning over. once it fired up i went to napa and got a new coil, ignition module, rotor and cap. installed them, and it started once, then would not start again for about 5 tries.
when i had the cap off i noticed that the pick up coil on the distributor shaft was really rusty.
so i went to autozone, got a new distributor, and so far it is starting flawlessly...
hope it stays that way.
