Default Fender Flares Yay? or Nay?

So our good friend Frank is looking to bring some new life into his 2000 GMC Sierra 1500.
So far he has decided on a 6" lift and set of 35's.
Obviously he's looking at a set of fender flares as well. But he cant decide....
    What do you guys think?
    Rugged Look?

id say if he's making it look more rugged off road look bolt on. if a more classic taste, then id go with the regular flares

I'd be interested in seeing where that truck goes.. I'm planning on upgrading my new toy/DD starting as soon as I pick him up. Bolt-on if lifting for sure though!
