You can't really patent it because it uses hobby shop parts, some solder, a 9v battery and holder, voltage regulator a USB hub, some resistors, and a IC board as well as wires and such. it can charge any phone that uses usb style chargers.

You can get the parts at any Radio Shack... I'm just saying the effort it would take to patent something like it wouldn't be worth the time or money to. BTG again
