    Default Installing headlight strobes?

Hey guys I saw a truck like mine with strobes in the headlights and I loved it. I asked the guy how much it was and the shop charges 200 for the strobes and 125 for install. NOT A CHANCE. I reallllly want these as soon as possible so I would love to here from someone whose done this to their rig. Thanks.

If your talkin' about alternating/flashing headlights, you might want to think it over. The're illegal in Canada and reserved for emergency services only. Just a nice set of HID's should look pretty slick.

i got them in my truck ..i dont have the flashing headlights on purpose since i dont want to have any problems with the local boys in blue but i have them in the headlights themselves

i use them when i'm snow plowing something or when some moron doesnt see my turn signal when i'm trying to parallel park

They'll only be used when the vehicle is parked and were just hangin around. I'd love to have them in time for mardi gras which is jus a couple weeks away. And Tahoe I'm not sure exactly what your saying you have but i'm looking for the ones that just make the inside of your headlight assembly strobe.

If you go to www.galls.com you can order a kit and they aren't terribly hard to install. I had an 8 strobe setup on my old truck and I loved them. When I sold my truck I installed them in one of my ambulances. Its a matter of running wires and hooking up the control switches. The kit will come with instructions. I only regret drilling the holes for the strobes on the tops of my headlight housings instead of the side or bottom. When it rained I would always blow out headlight bulbs. Whelen is a good brand...just gowith a 60watt strobe, you wont need anything else. Also, go with clear, not much else is legal.

what i ment was that i have strobes installed in the head light housings themselves....not the headlight flashing themselves , JayMack75 that was an awsome advise about the location on how to install the stobes since in the instructions it just states install using a 1" hole or something to that matter.

Check on Ebay they have stobes of all types from the streetglow to the professional LE type.
I may just look into some myself

Doing alternating headlights are easy just a few parts needed
