Default Upgrade Shocks for 2003 Tahoe 4wd

I need some advice on new shocks for my 2003 Tahoe 4WD Z71. I was thinking about Edelbrock IAS shocks. I am looking for improved handling on the street. I do go off road once in a while. What are the best shocks?

It should have Bilstein's from the factory on a Z71.. Unless they are leaking they should still be good...

I am looking for some stiffer shocks than stock. Shocks that will help control body roll and brake dive a little more. I already have Eibach springs and sway bars, but would like to see some stiffer compression of the shocks.

HHmmm With those springs and sway bars you should be pretty Stiff already.. Try the Bushings.. Replace with Urathene..

Thanks. The bushings are on my list. The rear is 3/4 done, but not the front. The bushings will make the suspension articulate more precisely, and that gives the illusion of being more stiff. The reason for my interest in Edelbrock IAS shocks, is that it is more stiff on smooth roads, lessening body roll going around corners, but less stiff on rough roads.
