I don't have experience with a 2006, but while your waiting for some responses, you may want to check out this thread. Lots of dialog around leveling kits.

I also moved your thread to the correct section, as you should get more/faster responses here.

    Thanks!

I had a leveling kit before I lifted, but I don't have torsion keys, so the advice may be a little bit different. I'm surprised that someone familiar with what your are asking about hasn't responded. Hopefully, this bump will get your thread noticed by the right person or two.

I didnt go with the leveling kit because it was going to change the ride. I put in 3" lift spindles and 1 1/2" wheel spacers. A little trimming of the plactic splash guards... and it was a new truck again. Check the pics in my album. Another bonus to this is towing with weight distrub. bars its a great ride.

I just put a 2.5" leveling kit from superlift on my 2003 chevy silverado z71 extended cab, and it did little to nothing that the stock keys could do. The front went up literally 3/4inch and the truck still isnt level. The torsion bolts are cranked as high as the can go, which I know isnt good or correct. Does anyone have any ideas why I didnt get the lift I was supposed to?? Im not as master mechanic but im not as idiot. I dont think I missed any steps, not that there is alot of them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
