    Default Leveling Kit Install

I talked to the shop owner at my local place that does all my truck work and he quoted me 3hrs of labor to install this Rough Country leveling kit on my '01 z71 (the full kit on the right with front and rear shocks and different rear blocks). http://www.roughcountry.com/chevy_4w...eling_kit.html Does this sound accurate you guys? I swear I've read some posts on other forums with guys claiming to have installed leveling kits in their driveways in like an hour.

When i did the full RC kit on my old 03 silverado,it took me and my brother about an hour and a half...the shocks are very easy to do,the rear block with u-bolts are pretty easy and the only thing that was hard was getting the old rusted keys out...that took awhile until i broke the torch out!...i loved the kit and you wont be dissappointed with it either...3 hours is kinda high unless they have NO idea what there doing!...id say do it yourself and if you have any questions just PM me and ill get back to you right away(feels better doing it yourself also)

Although I have never done a level kit on the older style trucks 3 hrs seems high. I completed the install of a level kit in my driveway in about an hour and a half. Most of that time was trying to get my floor jack blocked up enough so it could raise the height of the truck.
