I put some 17" wheels from a newer burb on my 99 and have 255 70/17's on it now. No rubbing that I notice.
    I like you.

I have 285/75/16 on mine no rubbing, have never trimmed anything either. I also have a steep approach into my alley and even when tires are cranked and suspension being worked there is no rubbing

I grabbed some 07 Tahoe rims that had 265/70/17 for my 99 burban and no rubbing. I love the look, tires bulge out of the front fenders just a bit to give it an aggressive profile, but yet still a OE look. IMO there are enough different good looking OE rims that I don't care for aftermarket (1 exception is some of the black powdercoated rims)

Can you tell I'm proud of my new wheels?
