HELP! electrical problem
Vehicle - 2008 chevy suburban 2500
Problem - battery replacement (simple right)
well, swapped old battery (wouldn't start but enough juice for lights) for new one.
Took old battery out and installed new one. I thought, no wire crossing nothing unique.
Now I have absolutely no power in the car . I thought I maybe got a bad new battery. So I took old battery and put it back...nothing. Cleaned the terminals. Now I'm thinking that I somehow shorted something while removing/ installing... Looking at fuse box in engine compartment.....
Is there a main fuse (like my house has a panel breaker) that stops a short from hurting the computer?
Any help is appreciated!Doug

That would be a good place to start. Remember when you remove a battery always remove the negative side first.
