What is the speed rating for the tires you have? Have you done any upgrades to the truck besides putting big rims on it?2006 Silverado Crewcab 5.3l, has a modified airbox with drop-in filter.
Mods to come:

Since your truck is pre 1996 (OBDII) there maybe some tuners that will do it, most tuners need OBDII to work, a chip upgrade might make it possible.

Tires are the easy part, I think my 265/70R16 Michelin LTX M/S2's are rated up to the 120mph range, my computer cuts off at 99 mph, but my tuner got rid of the limit. I have recorded up to 111.8 with my diagnostic software (speedometer stops at 100 in my truck) at a track.
