Here is how it will look from the front.

I added the fuse block i cut down the sheetrock screws for it as well.

here is a view from the front.

i now started the other amp Rear top and rear door speakers. i got the amp location picked out and the rain returned so i got to stop for today. once i got the amp setup i will install speakers and amps then remove the factory radio and swap it over---i still connect the Ipod to the tape deck for sound right now.......keep in tune...

I know its a little late now but did you give thought to making a false floor in the cargo area and mounting your amps underneath it.
This would also give additional storage for flat items

i did think about that i was going to make a drop box and a trap door so the carpet would hide it. then put all parts in the box. but this is the wife car and the Plasma cutter and welder next to it scare her (i think it would be cool as there is a ton of room under the beast just sitting there doing nothing)....mike

Mike, i don`t know much about amps and all that stuff but i was just thinking about your alternator. I wonder if its going to be able to keep up with all that extra juice its going to take to power the amps especially this summer with the ac and wipers and headlights and all the other necessary accessories on at the same time. Just a thought. Let us know how it turns out.

funny you asked.....lol on our trip to Los Angeles we lost the factory alt. i had a shop rebuild a high output amp alt and this alt pushes 200 amps @14.57 volts, so no issues the stocker was a 108 amp alt.....mike

i looked to make sure all was clear and would allow a solid mount. i cut the plastic panel.

    the new top deck speakers.

the front of the new speakers.

i only wanted to do this once so i got 100 feet of Monster wire 14/2 wire.
