Howdy,
My wife and I just purchased a 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD 4x4 Crew Cab last night after enjoying our 2008 Tacoma for a little over 2 years. We decided we wanted a bigger truck as we're trying to start a family and would like to tow a reasonably sized trailer (5-6000 lbs). I grew up with Chevy's all around me and have finally followed in the path of my grandparents (198? S-10, 1989 Chevy K1500) and parents (1993 Chevy C3500 and now a 2007.5 K2500HD). Loving the truck so far, already burned through half a tank of gas tooling around last night. ![]() I'm more familiar with Toyota trucks right now, but have read all the way through my Chevy manual since last night and am eager to learn more about it. Anyone else out there with a 2004 that has tips and advice on them? Thanks! PS I'll post pictures as soon
