Default New Guy from Alabama

Hello all My name is Steven I from Menton Alabama I an a 11B Infantry in the Army Deployed in Iraq right now. I Just picked up a 1988 Chevy 3500 and would love for yall to point me in the right direction on some things.

I had my daddy pick this truck up

i need to know if it is a K3500 or just a Silverado 3500. I do know its a 454.

Also how hard would a swap from Fuel Injection to Carb would be and to do a 2WD to 4WD??

Anyone know what a good Lift kit for my truck is this is my first older truck i also have a 2008 2500 HD i bought after my last tour here to Iraq.

welcome to the site and thaks for your service. If it is the 2wd which it looks like then it is the C2500 as the K was 4wd. I think even if it is a silverado the C/K still designate 2 or 4wd.
