Are you leaking any brake fluid?

you might have air in the system try just bleeding it out and see what happens... also i've noticed that i think ALL chevys have this problem my truck does and my uncles chevy work van has it too...

bleed it out and see how it feels afterwords. couldnt hurt right?

    goodluck

x2 on any leaks and Chevy trucks having soft pedals. If you do not have any leaks you may want to look at put on Russell SS Brake lines which is what I did to mine truck, and now Braking is much Improved on my Truck.
