I have a g 20 3/4 ton chev work van that has some issuies with the front pass. side, when u go to hit the brakes there is alot of play in the pass side in the front or if you hit a bump etc. i crawled underneath and indeed there is play in the tie rod area. the driver side is tight.

my question is how much do you think it would be to have the tie rod replaced and allingment done on this van i don't mind spending a few hundred ..... and should i take it to a local tire shop or local auto shop?

    thanks

    DOG.
