1996 chevy 1500 silverado

    My dash lights and tail lights keep blowing fuses

    Two suspect areas.

    Trailer plug/harness. Front light harness going through radiator support.

    Also the circut boards on the rear tail lights.

    Good point. I've never had one fail, but many have. I usually disconnect the rear harness, to at least isolate the problem to the front/rear of the truck.

    I just had to replace both of my taillights because of corrosion on the circut boards..

    you will have to unplug areas one at a time to rule it out....

    I think the other posts are dead on the money.
