I just bought this truck and gave the usual tune up with pugs, wires, cap and rotor. I also did the oil change. At highway speeds it seems to struggle a bit to keep up around 75 miles an hour. I have not been faster than that. I am worried about pulliing my boat because of this. I was wondering how to fix this and make my new truck "to me" run like a champ and pull like a 350. Thanks for you opinions on this.

When you did your tune up did you check the compression or do a cylinder leak down test? If not I would do this next before anything else, as 1 weak cylinder will underpower your truck. This is a very basic check & one of the most important because comp. is the foundation of your engine output.
