So I have a no start issue. It starts for a split second then it just continues to turn over. It will run long enough to burn off some starting fluid so I know I'm getting spark.

One thing I noticed is that when I clamp off the return fuel line, the pressure doesn't increase any further than around 60psi. I've been on here quite a bit lately so some of you know what I have recently done but I'll give the run down.

    New parts are-

    MAP sensor
    Pressure regulator
    Fuel pump
    Fuel filter
    Plugs/wires
    Intake gaskets

I clamped the return line and had my dad cycle the fuel pump and I heard some noise like it was leaking somewhere, but I couldn't smell or see any fuel.
