Hey just wondering how much my stock engine can hold. I know they come with 282horse stock i put on a cold air intake and well im looking at a under-drive pulley kit, headers, throttle body spacer, bully dog programmer, and as well true duel flow-master 44's and well I dont want to blow it up.

All depends on how many miles and how well the engine has been taken care of. If it's a bit on the worn out side you don't want to add to much power to the top of it and blow out the bottom of it. But if it's still tight and runs strong you should be ok with all those goodies.

    ok

thanks! i bought her with 90k miles and she is at 115k now but i havent beat her, i bought the truck then the trans blew and so did the rear end so they have been replaced and should be fine. the motor i take great care of but am unsure of the previous owner, there are no tic's or noises of any sorts, so hopefully it will be good. thanks again. but would you happen to know exactly how much the block can hold? (with out me needing new rods lifters and so on)
