Hey Guys! I'm a newby and have a question. My 01 Denali just started catching the front gears on a hard turn. Does just fine straight or a normal turn but when you turn the radius almost all the way you hear & feel the gear catching. I half wonder if it's the U-Joint. Anyone else have this problem,?

    Thanks, Tim

alright just so im getting this straight the Denali is AWD correct? Because that is normal when the front diff is engaged on a 4wd, and i highly doubt its a U-joint or a CV axle since its near full lock. Sounds more like something in the front diff is catching when it shouldnt

Yes its an AWD all the time. It never did this before so something is def wrong. Could it just be low on diff fluid? I plan to javck it up and turn it to see if I can pinpoint the catch. Any suggestions?
