I would like to replace my factory subwoofer as it is broken, (rattles). I replaced the stereo with a Kenwood unit, the cd player quit working, and all four door speakers and this is now my weak link. I do not want to have to add another amp to push a 300W sub, just find a replacement 2 ohm speaker. Has anyone done this? Any place to find one of these elusive 2 ohm 8" woofers?

HHmmm Soundstream used to make a few 2ohm speakers,, Since you already replaced the radio I would just get a good sub in that factory Local and add a good amp...The factory amp does not put out much power..
