hi all. i was wondering if anyone knew a way to improve fuel economy on an 8.1l kodiak. we own a fleet of flatbeds all with gas engines for some reason. they get around 8mpg loaded or empty and are slow as death on hills. i was wondering if anyone has chipped theirs or anything like that.

:glasses: Sirdstorm I installed the edge evolution on my 08 top kick/diesel it dramatically help my fuel consumption, I am not sure if the programer will help the gas as much as the diesel but would be worth a try. the Guys at edge would be glad to help you with your questions give them a call, and see what they say. 1-88-360-3343

I would think that you should be getting a few more miles per. But that is based on the ones I have been associated with. Dirty has been around more modified trucks so he makes sense when he says EDGE may have an answer. He was their RIDE of The Month.
