2004 Silverado Overdrive Problem - Jittery Shift from 3rd to 4th

When my truck shifts from 3rd to 4th it has a jitter to it. It is like it cannot figure out what gear to go into. Drove in 3rd and the problem never happened. Put it back in Drive and it starts again. If you step on it while it jitters it will drop a gear and ride fine.

Also, the tow/haul is not working and I cannot find a fuse for this on the truck. Does anyone know where it is?

    Any ideas? Thanks!

I ASSume you have a 2500 with a 4l80E. The first thing you need to do is get the truck scanned and post the codes. Then we can help you pinpoint the problem. There is no fuse for the tow / haul. You probably have a broken wire inside the shifter. Common problem on these.
