2006 Chevrolet Silverado - Noise coming from roof

I recently purchased a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado. When I get up to 60-75 mph I hear a noise that seems to come from the roof antenna. It sounds like a wire "flapping" above the driver side. I do not feel any air coming from the area, but I have a feeling air may be coming in between the roof and roof antenna. As a disclaimer, I do have rainshields on the windows, maybe that may be the source. Just wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this. Any feedback would help.

If you have a bug shield on the truck, its probably the rubber trim on the side of the windshield. Most of the 1999 and newer trucks with bug shields make that noise. You can use double sided tape or a small bead of RTV silicone under the side windshield trim to stop it.
