I recently purchased a 2008 Colorado 2wd crew cab Z71 peckage. I have noticed that when I go over bumps of dips in the road I can hear something hitting on the front passenger side. Any ideas on what this could be.

Hey, Quick question. I thought the z71 was a 4wd only package? Please enlighten me.
About the bump it could be a few things. The bushings might be hitting. You might see some black marks on the lower control arm. Your tire may be hitting do to suspension issues so you'll see marks on the top of the fender wells. that's about all I can think of right now.

On Colorado and Canyon Models they do offer the Z71 package on the 2wd trucks.
