I wanted to put a 4.5" lift but was wondering how big of a tire I can go with without the rubbing in front. I've been told I can put a 33". My Tahoe currently has factory 20" rims on it. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

i dont see a problem with running 35s. just watch ur backspacing. thats where u might run into rubbing.

You can run 33's with just a 2" lift (or adjusting up torsion bars) so I see no problem at all with running 35's with a 4.5" lift. What gears do you have in it? 4.10 would be good, 3.73 will need changing.
