I am looking into lifting my truck and pretty much have my mind set on a ReadyLift SST lift kit. It gives 4" in the front and 1.75" in the rear. Right now I have 275/55R20 which are a little larger than your average stock tire but I am curious as to what some people think about lifting it now and then getting new tires when the ones I have wear down, or if I should just save the money and do it all at once.

i had a 1.5" leveling kit installed back when i ordered my new rim and tires and they are only 305/50/r20 which measures almost to a 32 and i installed a 8" lift a year later and im still running that same tire instead of going to a 35 so i think you will be fine
