Worked last night. This morning -7* not working. Almost froze on the hour long drive to work this morning. Replaced the resistor/ relay assembly this morning only $25 at Napa. Still not working. I verified the blower is working by jumping the blower to the battery. I have battery voltage into the resistor plug harness but not out to the blower motor leads. Any Ideas? Thanks. I have an appt. in the morning at the Chevy dealer near me.

I took it to the dealership this morning. It turns out that the $25 resistor I bought from NAPA yesterday was defective. It (only) costs my company $300 to figure that out!
  4. superduty_59,

That is great news that your local dealership was able to resolve your vehicle issue. I am happy that it was a quick repair.

    Safe travels,
