I say 18's with 33's. The 20's just don't leave much rubber and dont look as good. Now if you were going to run 35's or bigger I would say go with the 20's. But since you are just going with 33's run 18's. I have the factory 18's with 285/65 tires right now and really wish i would have gone down to a set of 17's with 285 (33)'s just for a beefier look.

I agree with cornhusker, go with the 18's. If your going with the leveling kit and 33 inch tires your gonna have to go with the 18's cause the 20's with the 33 inch tires will not fit. Sweet looking wheel:great:
    Here's a pic with a 18 inch wheel on 33's

just for comparison, i got a set of 33x12.50-20s... not by choice as much as the wheels already being on the truck and the tires i got a deal on... but they dont look so bad and still have sidewall,,,, and ive put them to the test more then enough times:glasses:

I agree, 18's if you are going with 33's. I have 20's with 35's (Toyo MT's, the same as in your pic) and would not want any less sidewall. Great looking wheel and tire combo btw!
