I have a k5 with 10 bolt and warn manual hubs
I replace bearing and calipers but I'm wondering if my hubs are working?
Can I jack the front axle lock them and spin yoke to spin wheels?
These hubs don't have springs in like others don't know if they may be missing parts
All seems to be there but rig is almost ready and I am curious
To verify hubs are working thanks any info

That method should work if the hubs are locking.
Im assuming you have an open diff so youll see one tire rotating, or one going one way and the other in the oposite direction.
No springs was a breakthrough design on a few of the older Warn hubs, the springs breaking was a problem point and most off roaders had to learn how to repair hubs on the trail and carry spare parts in their tool bag.

Cool thanks for the info....and if they don't lock and spin I assume I have a hub problem?
