I have a 1985 C10 - 5.0 the choke and the throttle position switch do not have any voltage to them. Check the fuse block and the fuses are OK. Any suggestions?

I don't have much experience with the older models, but I thought the choke and throttle was all mechanical? It looks like I'm wrong but I thought they didn't switch to that until '87...

But anyway since it's your truck and I probably don't know what I'm talking about, I would start by checking the grounds. That's the easiest and cheapest way.

I tried tracing back as far as I could see where the wire ends up.
I'm not sure if they are in part of the ECM or not.
