Right now I'm away from home at school, and apparently one day my mom decided to drive my truck. After that, my dad says that he can no longer get the truck to go into gear. He says it feels like when you push the clutch in it feels like the clutch doesn't engage at all. He says that sometimes the truck will move, and sometimes it doesn't, but something is deffinately wrong. Are there any adjustments that can be made to the clutch? The truck is a 1990 k1500 with a 350 and a 5 speed manual.
    Thanks guys.

What probably happened is the clutch master cyl or slave cyl started leaking. Tell your dad to fill up the clutch master reservoir and pump the clutch several times. It may be enough to get the clutch working enough to drive it to a repair shop where the master or slave can be replaced. If the slave is leaking your best bet is to replace both the master and the slave as a set. The transmission has to be removed to replace the slave cyl.
