Was given a 98 K2500 that sat for two years. Fuel pressure is 60psi and compression is 155-168 on all cylindars. 5.7 liters but it isn't wanting to stay running. It will start and run 2 seconds with starter fluid only. Any help is greatly needed and welcome

Drain the fuel tank and put fresh fuel that hasn't had condensation in it. Flush out all fuel lines then try again. After 2 years you may want to clean the fuel tank(s) and have them treated.
Most likely water in the tank and lines after 2 years.

Already have drained and refilled tank, blew out lines, change gas filter. Truck wants to start more if take the #1 plug out. Every plug has a blue spark. Even check the timing mark and it seems to be right. Thought the exhaust was stop up but it all disconnected now and same thing. It did try to start on it own the other day when cranking.

I would look at the fuel injectors.
