99" GMC Fuel Pump Question...

    Not trying to read between any lines, if you have a new and known good pump and that pump is getting power, but the pump refuses to run, then the only fault left is a bad ground.

    If you check the ground and it is fine, then you should go back and re-visit those two statements. Either the pump really doesn't have power or your new pump is bad out of the box.
