99 GMC Sonoma SLS - Window Seal Leaks, is this common?

Picked up a nice little worker here. 2.2L , 5spd, AC, SLS (plus cab).

Noticed my stuff (blanket, books, etc.) in back was all wet the other day after a strong rain. All else is dry. Dried my stuff out and looked around. Rug is pretty soaked, but no apparent leaks or at least I could not find any?

Could it be those rear side windows? The seals? Nothing real evident , except the seat pocket (PS) is wet below the seat which was retracted.

The rear quarters were rotted out (est. 4" square) when I got it. Had to clean them out, then pop rivetted some aluminum to cover up.

Are these trucks "leakers" around those back windows? Perhaps leaking down betwen the body and interior trim? Thanks!

I have a 2001 s10, and have never had any leaking from the rear window seals HOWEVER when door hinge pins got really worn my drivers side door started to sag and caused leaking between the main door seal and the third door.
