99 Tahoe Brakes or Suspension Issue?

    I have a 99 Tahoe, 2wd.

    Difficult to explain.

After I stop completely and begin to proceed. The truck feels like the brakes were stuck and they release hard. You can feel the truck seem to dip or thump in the rear.

It does hapen everytime you stop. Universal joints seem tight. Brakes and wheel cylinders have been replaced or checked.

Drive shft? Springs? Bushings? Rear end? Ideas?

Since it's doing this under power (pressing on accelerator) try stopping at the top of a steep hill facing downward, and just let off the brakes. will it still do it? if not, maybe it's driveline slop. if you find that it really is the brakes sticking, I'd flush the lines. or have a shop do it depending on your DIY ability.

I've flushed all the brake system.

Looked up the driveline slop issue on Google. I found another site that recommended pretty adamantly to check and grease the slip yoke.
