    Hi All,

New here and have a question.

My 2003 Silverado only blows air/heat on 4 or 5 now, not on 1,2, or 3 anymore. What do I need, where should I look to get one, and what advice do you have for me?

    Thanks, MoFire

Cant tell you exactly where it is, but its a resistor for the blower, happens on alot of vehicles. There has been some others talking about the last couple days, just search for "blower motor" or "fan resistor" or something very close to that

Sounds just like what my 03 did. It is located under the dash on the passenger side near where your feet go. The new resistor will not look like the old one but don't worry it has been updated. This really easy to do and save you $$$ over a dealer doing it. Good luck.

If you need a chevy truck parts I would check out the guys at www.gmpartsclub.com they seem to be very helpful and good prices compared to your local dealer. Hope you get the problem fixed and can do it yourself, save some bucks.
