Im throwing around some Ideas but Im not very knowledgable with the AC compressor. Could It be used to fill an airtank for the purpose of running a train horn or fill up tires or anything of the likes without messing up the AC in general?

No, it can not be used for anything else. It is a sealed unit that moves and compresses freon . It does not actually compress air.

But if you find one of the old GM pancake compressors it can be used as a compressor, and its mounts and removable pulley allow it to be modified for use on a newer truck.
