Me and one of my friends want to have some fun this weekend and get off the pavement for awhile. We live here in Tuscaloosa, so this probably only applies to anyone from around here, but we want to get the trucks dirty. Does anyone know of some places around Tuscaloosa or within 30mintues of it that we can go riding at?

I have no idea what is around Tuscaloosa, but I give ya an idea that do when I wanted to find a potential wheeling spot. I use google maps and surveyed construction sites, pipeline/power line trails, new housing developments and just keeping an eye for other potential areas. Find something that you like and go and explore and check it out. Yes, it could be private property so that is a risk you'll have to decide to take or not. It does work though, I have found acouple trails doing this.
